Help me with Half Life 2

Yeah, ignore that vent... it's nothing. Climb up the ladder and climb over to what is the right side on your screenshot... find the valve over there(down) and turn it... come back and go down the ladder and swim thru the hole down there... after that you get to the next puzzle but it's easy enough to figure out. 😉
