I posted in the tech support forum but didnt get a response. So dont flame me for posting in more then one catagory.

I am running win 2k svr w/IIS 5.0
I have a couple of webs running succesfully on the same IP address
Now I want to start using forms on my webs .
The problem is that I went through all of the procedures to create the form But I have run into a snag.🙁
The problem is that after I save the page with the forms on it and then I publish it to my server which is the same server I created it on,I then view the page in a browser to test it I get an error like so:

FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.

Click the <Back> arrow to return to the previous page

so what do I have to do now? I thougfht that if I have iis 5.0 and front page installed on a winn 2000 server the front page server extensions are enabled by default.
am I supposed to install the server extensions?
What do I do now???

Parden my lameness

Check out the "Server Extensions Administrator" link under Administrative tools. Make sure it's set-up properly.

I think its set properly.
I have my email address and my mail server and all that setup.
From what i can understand of front page, you can submit a form via email,or to the -private folder\form_results.txt in the web or a database. I just want to use the email so I know when a form was submitted and also have it go into the form_results.txt file in the _private folder of the web.
