hey guys im lookin to finish up my computer so far i got--
CASE ASPIRE|ATXB5KLW-GN/350 GRN RTL here
DDR CRSR 512MB X2 KIT|VS1GBKIT400 here
HD 80 GB|SEAGAT ST380817AS 8mb here
the psu on the case is kinda weak.. but i dont know if i should go for another one, now i need a motherboard, cpu, vid card and a cheap cd drive. My budget is about 500 for the rest of the parts i need (processor, mobo, vidcard,cd drive and psu) im lookin for a vid card in the range of about 170 and must be a pci-e i was looking at the nvidia evga 6600 gt pci-e, i was looking for either a amd 3200+ or 3500+ and i was wondering if there was really any big step in performance between the two. As for the motherboard i'm not sure but it must be pci-e compatible and for a cddrive i don't really care just a cheap one. please help me finish my computer up, thanks

your links are dead.

Post me your total budget for your computer, and what you will be using it for. From there I can help you better select your components

You still have not answered my questions, so i cannot recommend you components as of now.

Also, do you need such a flashy gaudy case? IMO, that thing is quite nasty

PRICES INCLUDE SHIPPING

CPU - Athlon64 3200 Venice $166

DVD-Burner - NEC $43

Power Supply - 400 watt Fortron $40

Newegg is out of stock of the Chaintech Nforce4 Ultra board, which they sell for about $68. Also, they are out of stock for the 6800GS video cards, which go for around $200. Your budget doesnt allow for much here, $500 for all this for a gaming rig is not much money. You could have saved money by buying a case with a decent power supply, but since you already ordered your case thats a moot point. Wait until these items come back in stock, because they are your best bet.
