HELP ME, what is worng with my asus cusl2

i bought a motherboard asus cusl2 and plugged all the essential hardwares,but when i turn on the computer the bios says that is something wrong with the hardware monitor, then i enter the bios and the motherboard temperature is 55celsius(hot) and the processor is 38celsius(ok)
why is the temperature of my asus cusl2 so hot?when i touch it ,it doesn't seems to be hot
obs: there is no operarional system yet, p3 800eb, quantum lct15 30
and the bios is the original (i haven't done any update)
