Help me w/ nero please

i'm trying to burn an iso to a disc, but the disc is blank afterwards!!! arrggh

nero is no good for iso format. use Fire burner, you can find it free at download.com

ASPI Manager (winaspi32.dll) not found.

^^^Thats the error i get running fireburner and also cdrwin.

and after that, they load and say "no devices detected" for cd burners....

but nero works fine (except the iso prob, of course)

i've noticed that for some iso files they come out blank when you burn to a cd. I've had that problem with nero, ezcd and also fireburner. I think it might be a problem with the iso or hardware. For the files that come out blank, you can use deamon tool to create an imaginary drive from the iso. You can then try to burn the cd from those files created.

Go here and download ASPI32.EXE. Run it, reboot, and it should work.

dude that file says it only works with adaptec stuff.

i already had daemon tools, and it's cool so i might use that for this...

Nero does burn ISO's !!!!!

Open nero and if the wizard pops open just close it.

Then go "file" and then "burn Image" should be "Mode 1" and "2048". If nero prompts you that it's inncorrect let it correct it.

If the disc is empty there could be a glitch usually in 2000/XP, before you burn the disc restart the computer.




Bottom Line: Nero is one of the best softwares for just about all file types.
