Help me view the videos on this site with a mac browser!!

I cant for the life of me get these videos to work. Can someone help me get these things functioning? I need to see a few surgeries before I decide what elective to select first!

Install Real player.

i did, still no go!

i get a weird error that the links are bad once real starts loading up.

It works for me with Safari 3.0 and the latest Real.
