Help me use Easy Recovery pro!!!

I just got Easy Recovery pro to undelete I file that I accidentaly got rid of, but I don't know how to use it. I press the search button and it finds lots of files, but I don't know what to do then. Can anyone with experience using this program help me? After I do the search, i don't know what to do.
