Intel E7200 over clocked @2.53ghz
8g ram
windows 7 64
gigabyte ga-ep35-ds3l
dual dell 2001fp monitors
geforce 8800gt

I play some games, but almost exclusivly EVE-online. I want to get better video response from eve. Some fleet battles can get really slow fps.

What are my options? I was thinking on upgrading my video card, but am not sure that is my bottle neck.

Any advice?

I have about 200.00 for possible upgrades.
