Help me upgrade this piece of crap

Right now, I've got a 300MHz Slot 1 Celeron in a cheapo motherboard and case with a whopping 10 total gigs of hard drive space. I use my computer for office applications and playing old Glide games occasionally, and it's not serving me anymore. I was planning on upgrading to a Socket A interface because I don't want to spend a whole lot of money and I don't need a supercomputer (I'll build that later). Heres what I need: CPU, motherboard, hard drive, and case (I have memory, a spare videocard, monitor, and everything else). My budget is around $250. This is what I plan to buy, tell me how it looks and change what you think needs to be changed.
CPU: Sempron 2400+ $60
Motherboard: Shuttle "AN35N-Ultra" $56
Hard drive: Western Digital 80GB $60
Case: Antec Mid-Tower w/350w PSU $70
Total: $246

seems pretty good, inline with your budget, and thats a pretty capable system (assuming your ram, video card, etc aren't going to bottleneck it)

Get this for a PSU instead I say. Those fortons are a better bang for the buck IMO.

And yeah, you need 512 now. 256 just isn't cutting it anymore.

What do you have for a video card?
