Help Me Upgrade My Video Card

I have an EVGA GeForce 9800GTX+ that I am thinking of replacing. It's a great video card, but I would like to get HDMI, which it doesn't have. My computer specs are in my sig, the PSU is a Corsair 750TX 750w so I should have enough power to upgrade.
I'd like to stick with EVGA, I need to run two DVI monitors at 1920x1080. I do mostly photo and HD video editing, not much gaming(I have an Xbox) and I want to run HDMI from the graphics card to a Sony HDTV at 720p.
I am looking at EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti 2G at the top end of my spending scale, maybe the GTX 550Ti 1G. At the cheap end, I'm thinking the GeForce GT 640 2G.
What do you think? Remember, no gaming, overclocking or anything fancy. Two monitors, HDMI out, photo and video editing. Prices with rebates are pretty good right now, I'd like to take advantage of it.
Thanks

Just hold out for the 650ti release. Should be priced comparably to the 550ti and could very well have better performance. I heard Oct 9 is the release date.

If the 550ti is your limit then wait for the 650ti. When it popped up on Newegg for a brief moment, it was priced at $149.99.

If you're not gaming, why would you even want to pay over $100 for a graphics card?

If you seriously don't game on the system, get a cheaper card.

Also, whatever you do, don't buy the 550ti. It's terribly overpriced.
Thanks for that advice. I don't want to spend more than I need to but I would like to get a decent card to have high quality graphics on my dual monitors and HDTV. Taking what you've said, I think the GeForce GT 640 2G is looking like the best way to go since I would like to stay with EVGA.

GTX 550 Ti uses to much power for how it performs and for your usage, I think the GT 640 or lower are better choices...
the GT 640 can support up to 4 monitors I think. (550 is limited to 2)
