Help me upgrade a 5-year old computer!

I'm running a X800 XT, which has a higher draw than the PRO, in a 4550 with the original Dell 250 Watt PSU with no problems.

Check out the various "Deal" Forums, including AnandTech's. Fry's has been regularly offering this memory for less than $20 after rebate.
