Is it different from the brown ones other than the color? I want to unlock it so I can push it higher. Help me out ok? Pics and directions would be appreciated. Please dont flame me about searching because believe me I have searched all over to try to find out. Thanks
 
First you have to sell me your 1600+😀.I believe there the same.Here is a link on how to unlock your CPU.There is also a video there you can download on how its done.

Oh,ya,I know the person you bought that CPU from cause I was thinking of buying it.He had ot running at 1.9GHz or something like that at 2400+ speeds with water cooling.He must have had it unlocked to run it that high for that chip.You might want to ask him if he unlocked it.Unless,he sold you a different chip:Q

Maybe the green one's are harder and different,oh well.Maybe none of this stuff will apply to you in that case.
 
yea hey lastride, I bought it from zgoku53. It is a sweet setup. I traded him my p4 setup for it. He loves my p4 setup and I love his amd setup. The chip is not unlocked! His overclock was all fsb! That is crazy! I am hopefully gonna get a water cooling setup but I have to save up for it. Anyways I will try the same thing as the brown this weekend. I hope it works. Has anyone heard about the gold pins having some kind of covering on them on the green?
