Hi,

I sent back a Motherboard for a refund last week. They recieved it friday and then when i check the status today on the newegg website and i got this message

<< Your RMA was received on: 11/09/2001 REFUND: We have refunded your account with new Invoice# xxxxxxx On 11/12/2001 for the total amount of $116.00 >>

Ok.. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? I ordered it on a credit card. I went to my online banking and guess what. No $$$.

Anyone give me a clue whats up with that?

It just means they gave you a credit on your card, don't worry it always takes a couple of days for credits to show up, it's just the way CC's work (even if you just take it back to a store). Check back tomorrow or Friday and it'll be there. Last time I got a credit was on a Wednesday and it showed up Saturday afternoon.

The banks that some companies use for CC transactions don't refund but once every week or two.

You'll see the credit within a week.

NewEgg.com is very good about this IMHO.
