What kinda car is that?

Fuel filter for my car is liek $5 and is located on the fuel line immediately in front of the fuel tank. many cars have it up under the hood just before the carbeurator/fuel rails

Depending on what model/year the car is, the timing belt should be changed (or changed very soon) along with the tensioner and water pump.

Here's what I'd do at my 50k tuneup:

1. Timing belt, water pump, tensioner
2. Change fuel filter, air filter
3. Change spark plugs, wires, distributor cap,
4. Pull out the fuel injectors and get them cleaned.
5. Rotate/balance the tires.
6. Change out fluids: brake, power steering, oil, transmission, coolant.
7. Brake pads/rotors.
8. Run an ecu diagnostic on your computer to see if any codes pop up and fix the correlating problem.

If you can inspect the condition of your timing belt, do so and make sure its not cracking yet. If it is, CHANGE IT before it snaps and ruin your engine.

New plug wires = waste of time/money. Wait till one burns then replace them all. But they may outlast the car. Same w/ the cap. But if you're going on a trip and wanna be extra safe, replace 'em. :) When one burns, it'll just run rough.

Tranny - manual or auto? If auto, did you flush the torque converter and lines out too? They sometimes hold as much or more as the tranny itself. Did you replace the filter screen?

Fuel filter - I wont argue but usually they're clean. Unless you fill from a dirty container. :)

240sx has a timing chain, not a belt. You don't periodically change timing chains. So then don't change the water pump. *Some* people change the water pump since they'll have easy access to it when changing the timing belt. So you don't have to worry about any of these. :)
