Help me troubleshoot my projector

I purchased an Optoma HD141X last summer and have been thrilled with it until last night. Pulling my hair out trying to figure out what is going on. I am unable to get any picture on my Bluray player or Cable box. Xbox 360 video displays fine. My Bluray player will display the very first intro screen but after that, nothing. I have tested the bluray player on a different TV and it worked flawlessly. I have tried 3 different HDMI cables and both different ports on the projector, connected directly. Also tried powering off everything, including unplugging the projector entirely and reconnecting. The input shows that it has connected to something (HDMI 2, 1020P etc.) but screen is completely black.

I had everything hooked up originally using a simple splitter to switch between the cable and bluray. The XBox was connected to the other HDMI input. Is it possible the splitter could have caused something to go wrong with the projector? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you verify the xbox shows up fine on the other HDMI port and vice versa? Seems like a first logical trouble shooting step to eliminate it being a bad HDMI Port on projector.

I did try connecting the XBox to the other port (HDMI 1) and get no signal on that port. It appears that the HDMI 1 is not functioning at all and HDMI 2 will only display XBox and laptop.

I have never used a splitter before and honestly dont know much about them. But is it possible to connect the splitter to HDMI 2 and then have all your equipment inserted into the splitter?
