I recenlty received a bunch of emails from different porn sites saying that i have given my email address to
receive smut from them. I am not sure who, but some @sshole apparently gave my email address to these sites.
One of the sites did tell me that the request came from the IP 12.250.115.14
I tried whois but the address is not in the database. Is there any way of knowing where this IP address comes from?
Any help would be appreciated

*** Resolved 12.250.115.14 to 12-250-115-14.client.attbi.com
