HI, I have 256 mb memory and I want to upgrade it to 1Gb, in the specifications of the motherboard it says: PC 3200 ddr400 for DDR2 slot, can I use PC -6400, 800MHz DDR2 memory?
or what memory should I use?
 
That's a little confusing, PC3200/DDR400 is used in DDR memory sockets while PC6400/DDR2-800 is used in DDR2 memory sockets. Not compatible with each other.

What motherboard do you have? If you provide details we can point you to the memory you want.
