help me to choose from these comp parts

hii

planning to build a comp for my friend ,he wants to use it mainly for SAP and ORACLE database applications .no games ,light video.
help me choose from these :

cpu : athlon xp barton ,2500 or 2800 ? or how about 2800+ t'bred core
mobo : soltek sl-75mrn-L or MSI or asus (i think integrated graphics will do) ?
ram :corsair CMX512-2700C2PT or twin pack modules ?
hard disk :seagate st3120026A 120GB or western digital wd1200jb ?

thats it !

i am particularly concerned about mobo.

2800+ Tbred is virtually nonexistant, so don't worry about it. If overclocking is out of the question, then get the 2800+, if not get the 2500+ and overclock it (most get to 2.2[3200+] no sweat) If you use integrated graphics DEFINATELY use dual channel memory. The Seagate drive will be quieter than the Western Digital, but the WD will be a bit faster. I really don't know enough about the nForce2 IGP boards to have an opinion on them, but I'd get a standalone GeForce4 MX or something comparative to take some strain off the memory subsystem.
