I tried thinking of something clever, but could not.
Here is the situation:
I have a weekly meeting with my boss. I represent the department I manage (so far, a 1 man only dept.)
He expressed concern that I might forget a week's worth of training they paid out to a consultant to train me on the Remedy/BMC SDE/Magic helpdesk software we are customizing. We created a ton of rules and forms that took hours on a dev environment.
Now my boss wants me to implement those changes to the production server.
Here are some keywords to play with.
SDE
Helpdesk
Migration
Magic
BMC
Remedy

I tried coming up with an overly long name to be silly, like "Magic training knowledge retention project"
But it doesn't spell anything out, need ideas and vowels.
Help is appreciated!

Once you get peons under you, their training SOP could have this acronym.

SDE
Helpdesk
Integration
Training

Call it S.H.I.T. SOP training!

One Man department and using Remedy/BMC? Your company has a lot of money to spent.

No, administration falls under my dept.
So far, over 50 staff members use the helpdesk.
