You're probably OK, it doesn't say U.S. Airforce or anything.

Just so many words getting to be not allowed to be used under the DMCA or Patriot Act etc.
You may get a letter of being sued by SBC for using Frames in your website if it resembles Frames in any way. They are sending letters to thousands of websites everyday because they were just given a Patent by the patent Office saying they own Frames on Websites. Everyone will soon have to turn in theor PC's or pay a Fee to a couple of guys here in Georgia. The Patent Office just granted them a Patent for a; Cabinet Tower with many air holes and a fan to force cooled air over heat generating components in the cabinet. Yes, they own you PC cabinet.
