Help me stop my computer from rebooting

Can anyone please tell me what this means and how I fix it? I looked in the event log and this is what it says whenever my computer reboots itself.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000c2 (0x00000043, 0x80000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini030302-01.dmp.

looks like bad RAM?

not positive tho.

Get a RAM analyzer program off the web somewhere, and run it. See if your RAM isn't having any sort of hickups.
