help me spend $200

i've got about $200 to spend...any ideas on useful/nifty/interesting ways to spend it?

no food, as that'll be gone pretty soon, i want something that'll be around for a while.

to clarify, i'm a college student in a smallish 1 br apartment. can't put stuff other than posters on the walls and not much room for more furniture....(or table space for a sculpture)

maybe a better way to pose the question would be: What would YOU buy if you had $200 to spend?
😀
thanks,
Vivan

saute pan...

good article

as it is, i have a crap sautee pan i rarely use because its nonstick :/

this all-clad pan
this all-clad lid to go with it

under 200 for a good all-clad 12" saute and lid, looks good to me anyway, the lid is costly but youll need one

otherwise, you can just use aluminum foil ans ave 50 bucks 🙂

Send it to me.

I'll send you 400$ back in 6 months.

Actually, no I won't.. but you can still send it to me.

😉

Good mouse and keyboard (if you work a lot at your PC)? It's amazing how much ppl underestimate value of good keyboard and a mouse.

Personally if I had free $200 to spend, I would get a headphone amp for my Senn600. Maybe that's another thing you could do, get a decent headphones or maybe a half-decent speakers.

However, if you don't NEED anything, then I'd suggest you put that money at the savings account, college life isn't easy, who knows, maybe you'll need that money later.

You will need that money later. Either put it in savings or buy something that will be easy to sell later, like a Barrel of gasoline. Or something that will save you money in the long term, like buying bulk Compact Flourescent light bulbs on Ebay that will save you $40 each in electricity.
