help me simply this algebra problem

In my continuing quest to understand basic algebra again I'm trying to simplify this problem.

(-2x^2+7x+6-x^3)-(2x+7x^2-x^3)


Any ideas. I keep getting somthing like 10x, but I feel i'm way wrong.

-x^3-2x^2+7x+6
x^3-7x^2-2x

Add

-9x^2+5x+6

Did it fast and got -9x^2+5x+6.

EDIT: Apparently not fast enough. 😛

I believe that simplifies to my place at 9:30, but you might wanna check my math on that one😉
