check out sigrig 🙂

very loud for my taste, would like to oc some day so i am looking to replace cpu and vga cooler, maybe add hd cooler and repalce cpu, quiet and really cool with budget around $200, maybe more if really needed

my top choice:

nv silencer, i had it on my old 7800 gt and it was great
zalman 7700 modded with yate loon, another positev experience
as far as psu, make a suggestion keep in min the case
hd cooler, maybe somethign quiet for 5.25"

thanks for input

I had both the NV Silencer and X1 and both Arctic Cooling items are great. i also have a Freezer PRO 64 with the fan BIOS controlled. Nice and silent when doing everyday tasks. 2 1200mm intake and exhaust fans running 1000 RPM. Using Antec True Power silent PSUs. The only thing that gets a bit louder is when CPU under load (like encoding videos). But louder is relevant since the system is silent. Other than that, when idle as silent as my Pentium M Dell laptop at idle and quieter than the same Dell when both under load (Dell has high pitch CPU fan).
