Help me set up a proxy please

at school we have a website blocker called websense. i heard you can set up a proxy that will allow you to bypass it. can anyone clarify this?
 
yeah, google should have it, but I wouldn't try getting around at all, if you're caught at school or even suspected, you'll be busted
 
IE > Tools > Internet Options > Connections > Lan Settings

If you cant get it from there, you need not observe pornography in your learning environment
