Help me set subtimings

Well my ram can do almost 550MHz @4-4-4-12 so I can easily ran it w/o issues with a low fsb
e.g E6600@3.0Ghz (333 fsb) with 2:3 mem divider @500MHz

Problem is that when I up the fsb to 400+ and want to ran @4:5 my system won't boot or crash. It's a known bug that I've heard of. With such a a high fsb you need to manually set tRD to 7+
Problem is that my mobo(Asus P5W DH Deluxe) doesn't have subtimings in the bios.
I set it once in the Memset last night and it worked I ran SPI 32M too w/o issues. But today though the system booted fine crashed continiously with the same settings. I upped the vdimm but nothng.. I guess the value of tRD doesn't hold permanently when you close the pc.

My question is how can I set the tRD value permanently so I won't have issues?

* If someone believes that this is not the problem then suggest a solution plz

Thanks in advance
