i only got pci slots on the machine so i have to get a pci vid card. right now, the comp runs on a onboard vid card... which sucks really bad. i will be using this comp to play video games. so what is the best pci vid card out there i can buy that is less than $100.

hmm...well for something under $100 and PCI-e it would be the nvidia 6200TC 32MB...if u stretch ur budget a little more u could something alot better such as an X700Pro for about $130 which would pretty much TRASH and STOMP that card.

he wants pci not pcie. id go with the fx5700le or 9200. really no other choices are there?

the 9250 is VERY weak.
the 9200se is also very weak. the 5700le, on the other hand is comparable to a 9550. so it's not horrible. go fx5700le. it supports DX9 somewhat well (unlike the 92xx series) and is much faster than the ati choices.
