My friend just cleaned out his stoarge locker. He has a complete set 396 cards ,totally unopened of the year 1982/83 and front card has is of Mike Bossy Goal Leader for that yr. The make is O-Pee-Chee. These things are mint. It comes with 396 cards,so our question is this? With 396 cards, would it be worth more selling UNOPENED?,or kept to gether?,,,,we got to thinking, like what did Gretzky do in that year, and the card maybe inside. Just any advice is appreciated, especially if u have links.

Just go buy a priceguide. I was into sports cards when I was 10 or so, and they really are the best way to see how much things are worth.

They are worth $100 if you have the complete set and every single card is in mint condition.. Gretzky's card is only worth $10, the Grant Fuhr RC and Ron Francis RC are worth more, both around $25.

Get a Beckett Hockey catalog.

Yeah, I gave you the pricing of a December 2000 Beckett issue 😀 Might want to get a newer one, but it won't really matter that much..
