Help me run 320x240

I have a Radeon 9700 and I would like to run 320x240 on second output (tv-out) because I have a small LCD screen and it's hard to read 640x480. I know powerstrip can do it but then I can't use overscan, so I was wondering if there is anyway to just add it in to the driver. I'm currently running Omega 2.5's

The analog TV-out will be 480i no matter what. "If" Powerstrip can enable 320x240 desktop resolution that you could clone to your TV-out (i'm not sure that mode is even supported), it wouldn't prevent you from using overscan in the catalyst drivers for TV-out.
