help me replace this PSU fan :/

in details:
so a speaker fell on my moms PC
and Power Supply Unit fan is making a loud noise when spinning - I guess from the impact something got misaligned

Q3 - any ideas what it could have been?

anyway I took the PSU apart to see what fan I should order - and I broke off the black wire :/ tried to solder it back onto the fan to no avail ...

so the fan is at 12V 2.6W

Q4 - will another 12V 0.25A work on it (pictured) - that's 12*0.25 = <b>3W - while my fan was at 2.6W</b>

If this is not a high end expensive PSU i would probably just buy a new one.
