Help me replace my hard disk... fast

My Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 200GB died last night. I need to pick up a new hard disk today. I've checked with the one store in my area I actually trust not to screw with me and my options are thus... based on my budget and what they have in stock.

Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 250GB SATA 8MB 7200RPM (They do 7200.9 but not in stock)

Maxtor DiamondMax 10 250GB SATA2 16MB 7200RPM (NCQ or not... what's the difference? Apart from a few pennies saved)

And if I stretch my budget to breaking point...

Western Digital Caviar 250GB SATA 8MB 7200RPM

I'd go WD first choice. Then i might just go with the seagate if it's still got the 5 year warranty.

NCQ is a bad thing, it slows down performance for single users. An NCQ drive just means that the drive can run NCQ if you turn it on, which you won't, so i'd ignore it.

I was leaning that way, simply because I started searching and the Seagate 7200.8 line seems to have incured the wrath of the internet. This is the first drive I have ever had go down on me so it was an interesting experience. I mean bad clusters I have dealt with since 1997 but a real cataclysmic event was... almost envigorating. It's still under warranty though, so I'll pribably buy the WD and then use the replacement Seagate as a backup.
