Help me refresh my math of Logs

I took Diff Equation in my junior year in high school, yet I can't do a log question 🙁

Please help me to be 🙂 again.

How do I solve 1000^ (log 3) without a calculator?

(the answer is 27 btw)

(1000) ^ log 3 = (10^3) ^ log 3 = 10 ^ (3 log 3)

use power rule for logs on the (3 log 3) term, you get log (3^3) = log 27

so 10 ^ (log 27) = 27

hope that makes sense, remember that logs are just exponents

its green its heavy its wood

everyone wants a log
you're gonna LOVE it log... come on and get your log... blah blah bkahhakfksafmks
