Hi all,

I've been a recent victim of ebay scam. The auction specifically requested for paypal payment. So I completed the transaction by transferring money from BofA through paypal. After realizing that it was a scam, i've contacted ebay, paypal, and squaretrade. at the end they all said my money was lost and there was no way to recover. so i called BofA and they're telling me that although this was a online scam, they cant reimburse me because i authorized paypal. ........

Paypal and ebay are telling me to go deal with my credit card company (ie bofa) and bofa is saying they cant do anything about it. At this point, as much as i want to recover my money, i want to file a complaint against ebay and paypal for their conduct or lack there of. so:

1. wat can i do to recover my money and
2. who can i contact about this problem?

Thank you all

I lost $625 once to an OBVIOUS scam, but I was too much of a n00b and tool at that time when I got scammed.
Deal too good to be true + 0 rating. :(
Yahoo auctions reimbursed $225 for buyer protection though.
IFCCFBI did absolutely nothing, not even a single email regarding the status.
