I don't think it is going to happen for your chip @ reasonable voltages.

My chip will do 4.5 ghz at ~1.30V, probably lower.

I wouldn't enable PLL unless you have booting problems, LLC should be set to Very High/Ultra for 5.0 ghz.

Just realize 5.0 ghz is not guaranteed for all 2500K, in fact very few make it that car.
