Help me quiet down my Gorb, or can it be done - dun dun dunnnn

Over the past few days my Gorb has developed a nice little vibration. I.ve tried tightening it down but after around 24 hours it works it way loose again.

Any ideas or quick fixes.

What is coming loose? The mounting ring on the outside?
