help me problem with XP. ending program.... explorer.exe

Guys, everytime I shut down my system, I always get the ending program.... explorer.exe. Does anybody know what's wrong with it? How do I fix it? Thanks

up for answer please. I don't know what happened, it just came a few days ago. I didn't install or uninstall anything. It just came.
