Just got a GeForce2 MX200. Installed the drivers on the CD and now there is a huge vertical black line thru center of the screen. when you mouse over this line everything gets inversed and stretched. Had a Voodoo3 before. In the display properties windows insists that there are 2 monitors. I tried removing the second monitor but windows redetects it every reboot. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?

600@850 Duron
"CardExpert" Geforce 2 mx200
Gateway EV700 monitor
Abit KT7
ETC.

remove all the monitors AND the card from device manager, then reboot and let it re-detect and then re-install the drivers

Just adding to what sohcrates said...remove all the monitors and video cards in safe mode. Both video cards and both monitors should show up there. If you remove both cards and both monitors, it should only re-detect one of each when you reboot.

Also, did you un-install the Voodoo3 properly before switching it with the MX? This is a classic example of why you need to do that.

Alright I already did what the 2nd guy said. How do I completely uninstall my voodoo 3? I thought removing it would do it.
