Help me plan my fitness routine this semester

As some of you may recall, I spent the fall of 02 and spring of 03 powerlifting. I was strong but also bulky, at 180 and 5'10" or so. I was able to deadlift 480, squat 380 and bench 250 or so. In the summer I got bored of all the powerlifting routines, and schoolwork kept me from working out as much in the fall. Next semester I have harder, but less time-consuming, courses. No labs, and more time to work out.

I am also taking a swimming conditioning class. While I haven't swam in years, I haven't forgotten, as long as I can get get back in shape I can swim again.

However I'd like to allocate about 75 minutes, three times a week for weightlifting. It's a far cry from the 2 hours a day, 4 days a week I spent last year, but that just isn't possible with a girlfriend, living off campus and taking higher level EE classes.

I have no experience with workouts that are in that time window. I am used to a lot of rest and high weight, low reps. I also did a lot of leg work, squats and auxillaries, that I don't really want to do again, seeing as swimming will keep my legs toned and trying to do heavy lifts on my legs is counterproductive. My weight really isn't too abnormal I am sitting around 165 or 170 but I have no tone left anymore. I just look 'average' now, rather than toned or ripped.

I will be working out in a school gym where it will be hard, if not impossible, to do any HIT or supersetting as it will be too crowded to move that fast from one set of weights to another.

Any guides?

75 minutes is plenty for me, but you didn't mention your goals -
body weight stabilization?, powerlifting?, body building?, sports fitness?

try this site.

I want to keep my weight around 165 or 170, but I want my definition back. It's a direct contrast to what I had last year, when I just wanted strength....

ok, you want low body fat % and workouts that are more
bodybuilding oriented, so try asking at geekfitness about those things.
