Help me pick the best upgrades.!!!!!!!!LOOK HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! COME ON!!!!!!!

I have a 2.8 P4 HT that came with my hp. My buddie is giving me a big case with alot of fans and a raptor harddrive, and a 450 W Power Supply.

I would like to over clock my CPU so I can get the best performance out of it. Unfortunatly I dont know anything about over clocking, except that I have to keep my over clocked parts really cool, and have the right motherbord and RAM to get the best overclocking.

Can any one suggest a good motherbord and a set of ram that I can use for my new system, that I am plaing to build. I whant a good motherbord, but not the best.
I also need a few good RAM sticks, like a gig or something.

I would really need good professional suggestions. Thx alot.
