Help me pick some fans, a controler and a monitor

Well I need to make some changes to my cooling options and need some advice.

Here is my build

Now with that Cool master case I want to add a few more fans to maximize my cooling. I also want to add a fan controller and a heat monitor.

Should I get a hardware monitor of a Software one? What a the pros and cons of each?
Also what are the implications of all these fan along with my of other stuff on my power supply?

here is list of what i think i will get.

New side panel:COOLER MASTER clear side panel
Top fans: 2 x Scythe SY1225SL12H 120mm
Bottom fan: Scythe SY1225SL12H 120mm
Right fan:need a 80x80x15 not sure whats good here
Monitor/controller:NZXT Sentry LX

Notes:
with the new side panel i can remove on fan from the list and use the fan that came on the old side panel. I would probably put it in the bottom.
I also would not mind going with a single bay controller like ZALMAN ZM-MFC1 Fan Controller Panel and another hardware monitor (not sure whats good here though)
I don't mind taking up two bays here cause I will probably only need 3 in the future.
