What are some good sub $100 speakers? Here is what to do. I just recently hooked my 360 up to my PC monitor (it looks way better than my 36" trinitron), but I also have the sound going through the crappy monitor speakers. I want my speakers to be able switch between different sources. Can you all find me some?

i've got some logitech z2300's.... 2.1 THX certified set

they can be had for just over $100 shipped

amazing speakers, but they only have one input, but a simple mini-plug (3.5mm i think) switcher would take care of that

another vote for the z2300's
if that's too much $, then i suggest the x-230 for <$40
That's the set I have, and they are great for the amount i paid

Wait. So all I have to do is get a game switcher? To be honest my current speakers are fine I just want to be able to use my 360 and my PC with the same speakers without have to plug and unplug every time I want to play one.

Buy a cheap pair of Logitechs, then upgrade to HT Receiver + 5.1... and stay the hell away from Blows. No highs, no lows, must be Bose!

I'm no Bose fan but I must say that a pair of Roomates from 1988 have decent sound and can be used anywhere. They can clamp to a desk or shelf and have decent volume and bass response for their size. If anyone remembers them AR had the powered partner that was triangle shaped and those rocked.

Monster cables would make them sound even better ;)

WOW. you know what I just found out. I could have been using my current speakers all along. All I had to do was just connect my 360 to my PC's sound card. The PC basically asks like a receiver. I am dumb guys. Sorry.

various levels of cr@p at that price level, but yes audio switch box. companies that make game console switch boxes might have em, general electronics stores/radio shack, i got mine from frys long time ago, made by sony and switches between 4 headphone jack inputs

these

these puppies are just awesome, Acoustic Energy....british of course, they sound absolutely magnificent and they are £85 here, not sure they sell them in the US though. the satelites...weigh 9Kg, 9kg!

other than that Logitech Z3/Z4's should be good, i had some Z3's and they were pretty damn good, cabling was abit of a night mare but other than that they were very potent speakers, good sound and nice thick bass.
