Help me pick out a 17" - 19" LCD From Wallmart, Kmart or Target-

Here is the situation
Through a housing assistance program I may be getting a brand new free LCD monitor but it has to be from Wallmart, K-mart or Target - (for some reason it is the only places they have accounts with
Any suggestions on what to get and at what store? (Monitor needs to be 17" to 19")

Go for the 18 inch Microtek LCD that's now popping up at Wal-Mart stores everywhere.. but YMMV though - finally saw it today at the local Wally-Mart for 429 bucks with 30 ms response time - I don't trust the KDS models that they're also selling now.

ditto the microtek 18"is pretty nice i had 4 1 was defective but I took it back.

What are the response times on the Micrtotek?
Is it a good gaming computer?

Just curious - what's wrong with the KDS screens they sell? Are they just outdated? it seems like not too long ago that I was hearing good things about the KDS RAD-series LCDs. Almost bought one about a year ago, until I saw a better deal at Dell.

KDS usually uses discontinued LCD panels and puts them in new monitors (thats how they sell for so cheap!). When you buy KDS youre buying a monitor thats 2-3 years old but was never used.
