Help me pick my MCSE electives

I am strongly considering Echange 2000 server, cause I hear it is often used, but not many people know it that well, but it's not agiven yet. I will be working in Columbus, OH but have been unable to get a consensus on what exactly is needed around here. I was also maybe considering an SQL course. But LMK what you think

To practice using exchange 2000 and do the labs with MSpress training kit, you need 5 pc's and you need to have w2k server installed and active directory.

I recommend re considering this as an elective option because of the demand on resources. Most MCSE's use the design exams to achieve MCSE, 219,220,221. They are easier and plenty of support is available.
