help me pick between these 3 z60 mobos

Old enough to know the following:
dont need a motherboard with everyfeature, and will not run 2 video cards.

cpu:2500k
video:gtx 570
srt - likely. I have tons of games that will be installed. but I tend to play 2-3 at a time.

overclock: some.

I just used the Asus P8Z68-M Pro board for a build for my cousin. It went together very easily and I had no problems with the build. It worked out very well for her and she is in love with her new Intel® Core™ i5-2400 processor to go with it.

I just had an Asrock Z68m/usb3 delivered today.
Looks comparable to the Z68 PRO3except that the pro is listed as a 4+1 phase while the Z68m/usb3 is listed as a 4+2. That and it being a microatx.

Will post up on it once everything is built out.
