Ive read a lot of reviews and both of them seem to be top-notch boards offering the best benchmarks on the market. The GA-7VRXP beats the Epox in features such as usb 2.0, better sound, onboard LAN. While I heard the Epox was as STABLE as a rock so did I hear the same bout the GA-7VRXP. I also read that Epox was the best at overclocking, but Im not the overclocking type, I never Overclock anything. So your responses can help me choose. THanks in advance!

I`m using the Epox 8KHA+ and yes it`s stable as a rock :) ,had mine since last November and it`s been perfect for gaming and general use,it`s very easy to setup with only one jumper on the board to worry about (100/133mhz FSB) .

You should take a look a the specs of both boards and decide what you really must have, this will help you decide between the two,Gigabyte make good boards as well so you can`t go wrong with either.

I have an 8kha+ and am very happy with it. I also have an epox 8k7a and a gigabyte 7dxr+, both good quality mbs but I do prefer the epox for some reason. It feels a bit more comfortable & easy to use.

You might want to checkout www.amdmb.com and go to the forums where they have specific manufacturers in each forum.

abey03, I'm in the same boat...trying to decide between those two boards for a next system. I originally was going to go with the new Epox board because of the great reviews, almost bought it then started reading reviews about the GA-7VRXP.

They are both about the same price, and any real world speed differences would not be noticed. I am probably going to go with the Gigabyte 'because' of the USB 2.0, and onboard LAN.

I would be happy with either board though, with either board your ahead of the game.
