So for speech class we are doing a group presentation. It's about "interesting hobbies". Other people in my group are doing Magic the Gathering, DDR, Dungeons and Dragons, so I think it's clear what is meant by interesting. I am good at making things funny so something with a lot of material and background would be good. Thanks in advance.

The forums. Most people don't even know what an internet forum is, so depending on how you spin it, it could be very interesting.

Discussion of the idiot named George Bush. The Daily SHow had good ammo tonight.

Some of our recruiters occasionally look for candidates here. You can learn and contribute towards others learning about computers. That's a hobby. Heck, you could consider it community service if you were helpful enough. :)

I GOT IT:

Post a thread about trying to get a date using ATOT. Ge the mods to sticky it, etc. And tell all your classmates about it and how you spend your life here.

Heehee, for one of my classes, we have to construct a position on a topic and post about it on a forum (google groups is what they want us to use). We spent half an hour of a class learning about how to post on a forum. The tech guy who was telling my class stuff was talking about flames and trolls, and these girls (it's a class with just one guy in it) were very confused by and interested in the idea of a forum-- I think I was the only one in the class who knew what the guy was talking about. Even the TA was confused. It was kinda fun to be smart.
