Help me pick a HeatSink for my DFI LanParty

Someone told me that the Big Typhoon was very hard to install on DFI Lanparty mobos and now I don't know what heatsink to get! I need one to cool my overclocked Opteron 165.

Scythe Ninja or a XP/SI-120.

I'm using the Scythe Ninja ATM, pretty easy to install/remove but i have to take out my video card.
