I need help picking a company name. As of now it will be a shell company - it will collect checks. At some point I will probably use the name again and it will most likely end in development. I'm in real estate. I'm checking out Latin names but my creativity ends there. It has to be easy to understand over the phone, easy to say, and "powerful." What I have so far:

-Sensus Development
-Valens Development

Both Latin words meaning: sensus : feeling, sense.
valens : strong, powerful, healthy / able, worthwhile.

Did I mention I'm not creative? Be realistic please :)

What ya got for me?

Good start. I immediately thought of a porn flick though to be honest.

And so will everyone else. Therefore the universal strength behind the name.
