I am trying to decide between a few Radeon 5570 and a 5770 video cards. I currently have a 1280*1024 display but I am probably going to upgrade in the near future to at least a single 24" if not larger. I do not game but that may can in the feature as my current computer can't play anything modern. The way I would rank things in order of importance: 1) Quietness 2) Warranty/quality 3) Power dissipation 4) Performance.

The cards I have been looking at are the following:

5750 Cards:
PowerColor Go! Green AX5750 1GBD5-NS3DH

I like that this is a passive card and seems to use relitively low power but I am very concerned about the quality of anything made by PowerColor
It is also very expensive and costs as much as the most expensive 5770.

VisionTek Radeon HD 5750 900301
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814129146
Seems to have a lifetime warranty. Uncertain how quiet it is.

XFX HD-575X-ZNFC HD-575X-ZNFC
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150448
Has a double lifetime warranty which is nice but I am uncertain how quiet it is.

5770 Cards:
XFX HD-577X-ZNFC
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150462
Double lifetime warranty

XFX HD-577A-ZHFC
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150457
Double lifetime warranty

XFX HD-577A-ZNFC
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150447
Double lifetime warranty

VisionTek 900300 Radeon
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814129150
Lifetime warranty

Are there any real differences between all of these XFX models? The cooler seems to be different but that is all I can really figure. Which is most likely to be quietest.

Powercolor 5750 passive is the best card there for your needs.

Ultra quiet , powercolor is a good name brand with a 2 year warrenty, under 75 watts and runs cool according to newegg reviews, and is the fastest quiet, low power card there is.

You want quiet you pay extra.

What other stuff do you have in your case that makes noise?
I.e. what size/brand fans do you use and at what settings (low medium or high), same for CPU cooler, and what brand PSU do you have? The 5770 doesn't really make a lot of noise so the passive 5750 may not be worth it if some other component of your case drowns out the sound of the GPU.
