Help me overclock my X2 4400 to X2 4800 speeds

I want to overclock my system to 4800 speeds, but I here my ram combined with the Asus A8n-SLI Premium does overclock to well. Any ideas? When I use AI Booster, I can overclock to 2.3 GHZ by using the 105 percent profile. When I go higher, my system boots to a black screen with some sort of bluish (or maybe purple) icon in the top right hand corner. I'm new to overclocking so that is why I used the overclocking profile in the BIOS. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Why don't you run a divider?

boost voltage to 20 and set HTT to 100. You should reach 4800 in no time.

HTT to 240
Increase voltage by .05
